I don’t like the scent; can I exchange it for another perfume?


Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for scents. To switch to another perfume, you need to return the one you don’t like and place a new order for the scent you prefer. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return the product under the right of withdrawal. The returned product must be unused, with the seal intact and unbroken. We carefully inspect all returned products to ensure they haven’t been tested. Therefore, we recommend ordering a tester if you’re unsure about the scent. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping fee

Do you offer open purchase on your products?


We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made on our website. The
withdrawal period starts from the day you receive your order or, in the case of partial delivery, the last part of your order. For returned products, they must be unused and the seal must remain intact. If the plastic seal is broken, we will not be
able to accept the return. Therefore, we recommend purchasing a tester to
sample the perfume before committing to a larger bottle. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase within the withdrawal period, please return the item to our warehouse. When exercising the right of withdrawal from your purchase, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost .


Can I return the perfume if I haven’t tested it?


If the perfume is unopened, meaning you haven’t tested it, you have 14 days to
return the product according to the right of withdrawal. The returned product must
not be tested or used and the packaging and seal must be intact unopened. We
conduct a thorough inspection of all returned products to determine whether they
have been tested. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase within the withdrawal period, please return the item. When exercising the right of withdrawal from your purchase, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost . 


I tested the product but didn’t like it. Can I return it?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on tested products. If you’re unsure about
the scent, we recommend ordering a tester of the perfume before you order the full bottle. 

We do not accept returns/complaints for products that you have used but that do not meet your expectations. In case of any allergy or hypersensitivity, we always recommend testing your new product on a small area (for example, the wrist) and waiting 24 hours to see if you have any reaction. According to the Consumer Sales Act, it is not possible to make a complaint about a product due to dissatisfaction, as we do not have a satisfaction guarantee.



What is your delivery policy?


Our standard delivery time within Sweden is 3-5  working days.
Any shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that
delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.

How many days is the delivery time?


Our general delivery time is 3-5  working days in Sweden. We work hard to meet
these delivery times, although sometimes it may be faster or take an extra day.

What happens if I don’t pick up my package at the collection point?


Packages delivered by PostNord to a postal agent /collection point  and will remain there for 7 days before they are returned to us. If you fail to pick up your package in time, it will be returned to us. We charge an administration fee of 250 SEK, which will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. If you notify the postal agent that you “ refuse to collect” the item will be delivered back to us and we will charge you with 250 SEK, and refund you the rest of the amount.

What delivery methods can I choose?


We deliver our orders with PostNord and offer only delivery via collection points .

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once the order is completed. Therefore, we kindly ask you to review everything carefully and ensure you are certain of your order before placing it. It is your responsibility to check all your address details carefully and make sure they are correct before placing the order! We are only responsible of getting the products to the requested address safely.

What should I do if I receive a damaged package?


If you receive a damaged package, please follow these steps:

In the event of shipping damage, the report must be made by you on-site before you sign for the goods. Even minor damage to the outer packaging must be reported. Note that you must not attempt to repair or assemble the product before it has been inspected by the carrier's claims department. The original packaging must be kept. After the report has been made with PostNord or the responsible carrier, please contact us with a claim number if the damage has affected your product.


Take clear pictures of the damaged item and its packaging. Email the pictures along with your order information to urscntperfumes@gmail.com We will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Which countries do you deliver to?


Currently, we deliver to Sweden. We hope to expand to more countries in the near
future!

I’m having trouble picking up my package; who should I contact?
If you’re having trouble picking up your package from a collection point, please
contact initially the collection point to make arrangements you can also contact us
with a description of your issue at urscntperfumes@gmail.com

Where can I collect my parcel?

Your parcel will be delivered by PostNord to the nearest pickup point based on the postcode you entered at checkout. Please note that PostNord automatically assigns the pickup location, so it’s not possible to choose it manually.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a notification when your parcel is ready for collection. To collect it, simply bring a valid ID and your email confirmation.

Don’t forget to check your inbox — and your spam or junk folder — after placing your order to make sure you receive all the delivery details.


Where is my order confirmation?


You should receive your order confirmation at the email address you provided during the purchase. Make sure to check your spam folder in case it ended up there. If you still cannot find your order confirmation, please contact us

Can I add a product to my order after it has been placed?


No, unfortunately, it is not possible to add products to an already placed order.

I ordered the wrong item; can I change my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an existing order as the warehouse processes orders as soon as they come in. Therefore, please ensure you are certain of your purchase before making it. You will need to collect the order from the designated collection point and reorder anything else you want to add or return the product(s) to us (you pay for the shipping) and place a new order.


I accidentally entered the wrong email address for my order; what should I do?
To help you change the email address associated with your order, we will need your name, address, and phone number to locate your order. You will also need to provide the new email address you want to use. Email all this information to urscntperfumes@gmail.com and we will assist you.

We offer payment through Shop Pay, credit card, PayPal and Klarna. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Can I change the payment method after placing an order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the payment method once an order has
been placed.

How can I make my fragrance last all day?

  1. Moisturise Your Skin: Apply an unscented lotion or moisturiser before spraying your perfume. Well-hydrated skin holds fragrance better and helps it last longer.
  2. Apply to Pulse Points: Focus on pulse points like the wrists, neck, behind the ears, and the inner elbows. These areas emit heat, helping to diffuse the fragrance throughout the day.
  3. Layer Your Fragrance: Use matching scented products such as body lotions, shower gels, or oils from the same fragrance line to create a base that enhances and prolongs the scent.
  4. Don’t Rub the Perfume: After applying perfume, avoid rubbing your wrists together. This can break down the fragrance molecules, reducing its longevity.
  5. Store Your Perfume Properly: Keep your fragrance bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Exposure to light and heat can alter the composition of the perfume, affecting its scent and longevity.
